Site erection and assembly of custom made vessels

At site erection the required tank or tanks are assembled at the customer’s site from pre-fabricated structural elements. We offer site erection as an option to our customers by different parameters (volume, transport distance, weight, etc.). Our experience of two decades – we have erected tanks in Austria, Ukraine, Poland, etc. – makes it possible to offer you the perfect quality in a cost efficient way.

Process and storage tanks for a chemical manufacturing plant

In 2019-2020, we designed and built storage tanks in the area of a chemical manufacturing plant in Szolnok – in compliance with the Customer’s data providing. We have completed the design, documentation, pre-production, on-site construction and installation work of the tanks, and provided the engineering supervision and the appropriate personnel for the on-site construction and installation.

We transported 16 pieces of 4700mm diameter 250 m3 tanks to the site by oversized road transport and built 2 pieces of 580m3 site erected tanks at the Client’s premises.

Later, two 80m3 hazardous material storage tanks were added to the scope of delivery.

Titanium Gr 2 Vessels

MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE VESSEL:

  • Material: TiGr2 (3.7035)
  • Volume: 200 liter
  • Medium: Chemical industry substances
  • Working pressure: -1/+4 bar
  • Surface treatment: pickled and passivated, polished
  • The tanks are designed and delivered in accordance with: EN 13445-4: 2014 + EN13445-11:2018
  • Accessories: sight glass, sample port, frequency converter, drive gear

In 2020, based on the data provided by the Customer, we designed and constructed a total of 26 tanks in our workshop in the area of a plant producing electrolytes in Tatabánya – required for lithium batteries.

Details of manufactured tanks:

  • Storage tanks (8 pcs. 20 m3),
  • waste water storage tank (1 pc. 20 m3),
  • waste water tank (1 pc. 0.5 m3),
  • air tank (1 pc. 5 m3),
  • city water tank (1 pc. 10 m3),
  • measuring tank (1 pc. 0.2 m3),
  • reactors (1 pc. 1 m3; 2 pcs 10 m3; 2 pcs 20 m3)
  • and columns (8 pcs 0.6 m3) were delivered to our Customer.

In 2020-2021, we designed and manufactured 13 biodiesel tanks within the framework of an on-site tank construction based on the data provided by the Customer within the framework of a biofuel supply plant in Komárom.

From this

  • 6 pcs stainless steel tanks (1 pcs 2000 m3; 2 pcs 500 m3; 2 db 400 m3; 1 pcs 150 m3);
  • 6 pcs carbon steel tanks (4 pcs 200 m3; 1 pcs 500 m3; 1 pcs 1500 m3)
  • 1 pcs 22 m3 polyethylene tank (PAC).

In 2020-2021, we designed and fabricated 4 biodiesel tanks within the framework of an on-site tank construction based on the data provided by the Customer within the framework of a biofuel supply plant in Komárom.

  • 3 pcs carbon steel tanks (1 pcs 500 m3; 1 pcs 1000 m3; 1 pc 1500 m3),
  • and 1 pc 100 m3 polyethylene tank (HCI).

Standing cylinder tanks for a lithium batteries manufacturing plant

In 2020-2021, based on the data provided by the Customer, we designed and constructed a total of 17 tanks in our workshop in the area of a plant producing liquid solvents in Újhartyán – required for lithium batteries.

  • MT-1101 NaOH dissolution tank (1 pc 0,25 m3),
  • MT-1102A NBR dissolution tank (1 pc 2,5 m3);
  • PT-1103 & PT-1105 pre-mixing tank (2 pcs 2,5 m3);
  • LT-1104 & LT-1106 let-down tank (2 pcs 2,5 m3);
  • ST-1701 NMP storage tank (1 pc 50 m3);
  • and MT-1102B NRB storage tank (1 pc 2,5 m3) were delivered to our Customer.
