SITE ERECTED TANKS

During site erection the required tank or tanks are assembled at the customer’s site from pre-fabricated structural elements.

We offer site erection as an option to our customers by different parameters (volume, transport distance,
weight, etc.)

Our decades-long experience – we have erected tanks in Austria, Ukraine, Poland, etc. – makes it possible to offer you cost efficient the perfect quality. On client’s demand the site erected tanks can be designed and manufactured by the regulations of API 650 standard.

Storage and process tanks for a battery production plant

In 2018 we installed 4 site-erected tanks and supplied 5 workshop-built tanks of transportable dimensions on the premises of the battery production plant, constructed in the Komárom Industrial Park. We provided the complete design/engineering, documentation, pre-fabrication and site erection of these tanks and also provided the required engineering supervision and appropriate staff necessary for the on-site construction.

The tanks are of the following capacities: 1045m³ (2pcs), 491m³ (1pcs), 301m³ (1pcs), 100m³ (3db) and 50m³ (2pcs).

On-site and factory-made tanks – Tiszapüspöki

Until the end of autumn 2016, we made food industrial tanks for the Tisza-TK Projekt Kft. PATENT Kft contracted for the design and construction (pre-production and on-site assembly) of the sugar plant tank park.

Within the meaning of the agreement, a total of 28 tanks of 7 types were manufactured at our plant or were being prepared on site, which provides a total storage capacity of approximately 15,000 m³.

The stainless steel tanks made in our production hall are treated with acidic pickling-passivation surface treatment in our own facility. All the raw materials used in the manufacture are goods purchased in Hungary.

The investment

The completed plant is a Hungarian-owned cereal processing plant, where raw materials for the food industry and feed grains are produced. The investment was carried out in an industrial park in the Tiszapüspöki area near Szolnok. 550 jobs were created at the plant and about 750 indirect jobs were created in the Hungarian economy.
