We can fabricate according the requirements of 97\/23\/EK directive\u2019s G; B1+F \u00e9s B+F modul\u00a0depending on the classification of the equipment. (PED)<\/li>\n<li>We have a licence to fabricate storage tanks for\u00a0<strong class=\"black-strong\">hazardous liquids and melts<\/strong>\u00a0according to\u00a0<strong class=\"black-strong\">11\/1994 (III. 25.) IKM<\/strong>\u00a0departmental order, and\u00a0<strong class=\"black-strong\">EN 15085<\/strong>\u00a0Railways Manufacturer\u2019s Certificate. Qualifying company: T\u00dcV Rheinland.<\/li>\n<li>Our welding technology is continuously supervised by procedure checks and by welder\u2019s examinations according to the requirements of AD2000 Merkblatt HP5\/2 and EN 287-1. Qualifying company: T\u00dcV Rheinland<\/li>\n<li>Surface finish\/roughness analysis and documentation by means of automatic gauges.<\/li>\n<li>Manufacturing plan in case of pressure tanks\/vessels and checking of documentation by a 3rd party qualifying company (T\u00dcV Rheinland)<\/li>\n<li>Permanent checking of controlling, measuring and examining gauges. (ISO 9001:2015)<\/li>\n<li>Selection and auditing of suppliers according to ISO 9001:2015<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance Plan<\/li>\n<li>Checking of incoming goods, keeping records of them, tracking of products, material certifications and traceability. (ISO 9001:2015)<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate production control, non-destructive testing of weld seams using a 3rd party accredited laboratory when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Managing of non-conformity issues, taking corrective and preventive actions.
